1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Digital Art Dynamics (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and retains information when you access or use DAD Facade Lab (the “Service”).

By using the Service, you acknowledge this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect information such as your email address and authentication identifiers needed to log you in and secure your account.

Prompts and Generated Content

We may collect the prompts, settings, and outputs you submit or generate through the Service, along with metadata needed to operate the Service (for example, job status, timestamps, and usage records).

Usage, Logs, and Device Data

We may collect usage analytics, logs, and technical data such as IP address, device/browser information, timestamps, and error logs to operate, debug, secure, and improve the Service.

Payment Metadata (If/When Enabled)

If we enable paid subscriptions or credit purchases, payments will be processed by a third-party payment provider (such as Stripe). We do not store your full payment card details. We may receive limited billing metadata (for example, customer IDs, subscription status, and transaction references) needed to provide the Service.

No Sensitive Data. Do not submit protected health information (HIPAA), financial account numbers, government-issued identification numbers, biometric data, or other highly sensitive personal data. The Service is not designed to process that data.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Operate and maintain the Service
  • Authenticate users and secure accounts
  • Provide support and communicate service-related notices
  • Debug issues, monitor performance, and improve reliability
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • Analyze usage trends and improve features

We may also use prompts, outputs, and related metadata for internal research, debugging, and improvement of the Service. Where reasonable, we may use anonymized or aggregated examples for demonstrations or marketing.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the Service, including with service providers.

Service Providers (Core Infrastructure)

DAD Facade Lab uses third-party infrastructure and tools to run the Service (for example, Firebase for authentication, database, storage, and server functions). These providers process data on our behalf to provide the Service.

Payments (If/When Enabled)

If payments are enabled, billing will be handled by a third-party processor (such as Stripe). We share only what’s necessary to process payments and manage billing status.

Legal, Safety, and Enforcement

We may disclose information if required by law or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect the security of the Service, prevent fraud or abuse, or protect rights and safety.

5. Data Retention

We retain information as long as necessary to operate the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

If you request deletion (or close your account), we will delete or de-identify information where reasonably possible, subject to legal holds, fraud prevention, and backup retention.

6. Security

We implement reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Cookies and Tracking

The Service may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for core functionality (for example, maintaining sessions) and to understand product performance. If we add additional analytics or marketing cookies later, we will update this Policy accordingly.

8. California Privacy Rights (CPRA/CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you may have rights regarding your personal information, subject to legal exceptions. These may include the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we collected about you
  • Request deletion of personal information (with certain exceptions)
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information
  • Receive information about our collection, use, and sharing practices

No sale/share: We do not sell personal information. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under California law.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
